Having grown up in a fundamentalist christian household, listening to Slayer's Reign in Blood freaked me out to such a degree that when I reached the point in the tape wherein 'do you want to die?' is asked of the listener, I screamed 'no!' wrenched the tape from my walkman and tossed it out the window of my mothers car. She was confused. I was 11.
